How do you apply tylenol to a pimple?

I have heard that tylenol works well on pimples. How would I go about applying it to a pimple? Should it be liquid or solid form of tylenol?

I think I remember my Grandma saying something about this.... it's actually aspirin, I believe. You crush it, put a little water in to make a paste and just dab it on. Toothpaste works OK too.
